High efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA) is one of the most popular technologies used in air purification. The standard HEPA filter can absorb 99.7% of the suspended particles of 0.3 microns in size (0.3 microns is the most difficult to filter), but its wind resistance is relatively large, and it is generally rarely used in air purifiers.
